Who we are

MK Refrigeration ("we") is a refrigeration and air conditioning business based in Glasgow, Scotland. Contact: info@mkfridge.com or 07590 629040.

What we collect and why

Contact form. When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, optional company name and your message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to carry out the work. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate.

Phone, WhatsApp and email. If you contact us directly we hold your details in our phone and email records for the same purpose. WhatsApp messages are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Where it's processed

Form submissions are processed by Netlify (our website host) and forwarded to our email. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else, and we don't send marketing emails.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become jobs are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept as long as needed for warranties, servicing history and legal obligations (e.g. F-Gas records, which we must retain for 5 years).

Cookies

This site sets no marketing or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you — email info@mkfridge.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
